Oakley Beaumont

Built in business. Applied with judgement.

Oakley Beaumont is a privately held company established by Alex Thomas as a platform for specialist international workforce advisory, private investment and selected acquisitions.

The company combines deep sector knowledge with an owner's perspective: understand the detail, focus on what is material and take a long-term view of decisions.

Alex Thomas

Entrepreneur. Investor. Commercial operator.

Alex entered the recruitment and workforce industry in 2008. His career has centred on the commercial and operational challenges involved in deploying talent across international markets, particularly where payroll, employment, compliance and cross-border delivery meet.

He later founded WhiteFin and built the company within the workforce solutions market before its successful sale. That experience covered business development, service design, provider relationships, compliance-led growth, leadership and the realities of scaling an owner-led business.

Following the sale and transition period, Alex established Oakley Beaumont to bring together three activities: advising businesses on complex workforce questions, investing his own capital and considering acquisitions where his experience can contribute.
